On 1 November 2015 Belarus expanded the network of its BelToll system. The decision is stipulated in Council of Ministers Resolution No.911 of 30 October 2015 concerning amendments to the provision on the order of paying road tolls for the use of Belarusian toll roads by transport vehicles, BelTA learnt from the press service of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
The BelToll system included over 300km of new roads. Among them are highways M5 and M6, P99, P23 and P21.
On 1 November 2015 the BelToll system was expanded by national motorways of the total length of 1512km. Among them are motorways M1/E-30 Brest (Kozlovichi)-Minsk-the border of the Russian Federation (Redki), M2 Minsk-Minsk National Airport as well as parts of M3 Minsk-Vitebsk, M4 Minsk-Mogilev, M5/E-271 Minsk-Gomel and M6-/E-28 Minsk-Grodno-the border of the Republic of Poland (Bruzgi), M7/E-28 Minsk-Oshmyany-the border of Lithuania (Kamenny Log), P1 Minsk-Dzerzhinsk, P21 Vitebsk-the border of the Russian Federation (Liozno), P23 Minsk-Mikashevichi, P99 Baranovichi-Volkovysk-Pogranichny-Grodno, the approach to the border of the Republic of Poland (Berestovitsa) (from P99 Baranovichi-Vokovysk-Pogranichny-Grodno).
The government's resolution also envisages access to the information posted on the official website of the BelToll system relating to the violations committed by Belarusian residents in order to prevent them from further violation of the use of toll roads.
