The bill on the Belarusian People's Congress will soon be put out for public discussion, Chairperson of the Standing Commission on Legislation of the House of Representatives Svetlana Lyubetskaya told the STV TV channel, BelTA informs.

Belarus ranked 13th out of 172 countries in Postal Development Report
The Postal Development Report 2022 prepared by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) placed Belarus on the 13th position out of 172 countries with a total score of 75.10. This is one position up compared to the previous year, when Belarus scored 67.4 points and placed 14th among 168 countries, BelTA learned from the press service of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of Belarus.
