The 11th edition of the Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia will be running in Vitebsk, Polotsk and Novopolotsk on 27-28 June, BelTA has learned. These included 46,346 citizens of Lithuania, 26,694 citizens and 7,875 non-citizens of Latvia, and 22,526 citizens of Poland.
