Meeting of the Education Department Council

On February 6, 2025, the following issues were included and discussed on the agenda of the meeting of the council of the education department of the district executive committee:

on the interaction of educational institutions and the Commission for Minors' Affairs of the district executive committee regarding the recognition of children as being in a socially dangerous situation and in need of state protection in accordance with Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated December 30, 2024, No. 1055;

on bringing minors to responsibility under Article 19.9 "Smoking (consumption) of tobacco products in prohibited places Smoking (consumption) of tobacco products, use of electronic smoking systems, tobacco consumption systems in places where they are prohibited in accordance with legislative acts" of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus.

With the participation of the heads of educational institutions of the district, Deputy Chairman of the Commission for Minors' Affairs of the district executive committee M.P. Naganovich, and Head of the Juvenile Affairs Inspectorate of the Internal Affairs Department of the district executive committee D.A. Yurgelevich.
