Breastplates "For merits in eliminating the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster" were awarded

Breastplates "For merits in eliminating the consequences of the Chernobyl accident" from the Department for Nuclear and Radiation Safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus were awarded to three men whose personal contribution to fulfilling the tasks of overcoming the consequences of the accident cannot be overestimated:

— Valery Yatskevich (Postavy);

— Sergey Litvinovich (Postavy);

— Cheslav Lapushinsky (Balai village).

The deserved awards were presented to the heroes by Yuri Kiselev, Chairman of the Postavy District Council of Deputies, Stanislav Chimburg, Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee, and Dmitry Lapanovich and Vitaly Zmitrovich, representatives of the Postavy District Department of Emergency Situations.
