What are the requirements for appeals from citizens and legal entities?
According to Article 12 "Requirements for appeals" of the Law
1. Appeals shall be submitted in Belarusian or Russian.
2. Written appeals from citizens, with the exception of those specified in paragraph 4 of this article, must contain:
the name and (or) address of the organization or the position and (or) surname, first name, patronymic (if any) or initials of the person to whom the appeal is addressed;
the surname, first name, patronymic (if any) or initials of the citizen, their place of residence (place of stay);
the essence of the appeal;
the personal signature of the citizen (citizens).
3. Written appeals from legal entities must contain:
the name and (or) address of the organization or the position and (or) surname, first name, patronymic (if any) or initials of the person to whom the appeal is addressed;
the full name of the legal entity and its location;
the essence of the appeal;
the surname, first name, patronymic (if any) or initials of the head or person authorized to sign appeals in the established manner;
the personal signature of the head or person authorized to sign appeals in the established manner.
4. Comments and (or) suggestions shall be entered in the book of comments and suggestions in accordance with the form of the book of comments and suggestions established by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
5. The text of the appeal must be legible. Handwritten appeals must be written in clear, legible handwriting. The use of obscene or offensive words or expressions in appeals is not allowed.
6. Written appeals submitted by representatives of applicants must be accompanied by documents confirming their authority.
7. Appeals must contain information about the results of their previous consideration with the attachment (if any) of documents confirming this information.
