Attention individuals!!!

To reduce the time for customs operations related to declaring goods for personal use, an individual can fill out and submit electronic preliminary information for a passenger customs declaration or a passenger customs declaration in the form of an electronic document through the unified portal of electronic services of the Republic of Belarus "E-Pasluga" (e-pasluga.by).

The electronic service "Submission of electronic preliminary information of a passenger customs declaration to customs authorities" (service code – 3.00.18) is provided to individuals with non-strict authentication access in their personal electronic account.

The unique registration number received after completion must be presented to the customs officer at the checkpoint upon actual import (export) of goods for personal use.

Please note that the electronic service "Submission of a passenger customs declaration to customs authorities in the form of an electronic document (for individuals)" (service code – 3.00.19.1) is available to individuals who have an electronic digital signature.

If an individual has used the electronic service (service code – 3.00.19.1), they must inform the customs officer about this when crossing the border.

Additionally, we inform you that the Passenger Customs Declaration can be filled out in advance using the form available on the unified internet portal of the customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus (www.customs.gov.by) in the section "For Individuals" – "Passenger Customs Declaration".
