Export-import operations are registered with 25 countries worldwide, goods are supplied to the markets of 15 states, and products are imported from 16 countries. The main trading partner is the Russian Federation, which still accounts for over 97.7% of the export volume.

The main exporting organizations are JSC "Postavy Dairy Plant," accounting for 68.6% of the district's exports, and PUE "Postavy Furniture Center," accounting for 16.6%.

Active work is underway to master new types of import-substituting products. In this direction, JSC "Postavy Dairy Plant" and PUE "Postavy Furniture Center" are successfully working, producing import-substituting products such as cheeses and doors in assortment. The total volume of import-substituting products produced in 2023 amounted to 47.1 million US dollars.

PUP "Promis Plant" successfully operates in cooperation chains aimed at import substitution, manufacturing and supplying spare parts for agricultural machinery to JSC "Lidaagroprommash," SOOO "Elezer" in Dzerzhinsk, JSC "Minoitovsky Repair Plant" in Minoity village, Lida district.

PUP "Promis Plant" also cooperates with organizations of the Russian Federation - JSC "Altai Plant of Agricultural Engineering" and CJSC "KOMZ-Export" in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov region.

On reimbursement of part of expenses for participation in international specialized exhibitions (fairs) in foreign countries

In accordance with the Regulations on the reimbursement of part of expenses for participation in international specialized exhibitions (fairs) in foreign countries (hereinafter - the Regulations), approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated November 14, 2019, No. 412, the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee approved the List of international specialized exhibitions (fairs) in foreign countries, the expenses for participation in which are reimbursed in 2024.

In accordance with the requirements of the Regulations, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in the Vitebsk region will be able to receive state support in the form of reimbursement of part of the expenses for participation in international specialized exhibitions (fairs) abroad. Reimbursement is made for exhibitions included in the List of international specialized exhibitions (fairs) in foreign countries, the expenses for participation in which are reimbursed in 2024, formed by the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.

Reimbursement is subject to part of the expenses under lease agreements for exhibition areas and equipment, provision of services for the installation of exhibition stands and the creation of temporary exhibition infrastructure (structures), the obligations for which have been fulfilled by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

Reimbursement is provided no more than once within a calendar year to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in the production of products (performance of work, provision of services) and participating in the exhibition.

The number of recipients of expense reimbursement within one exhibition is not limited and will be carried out on an application basis (application form) within the funds planned in the regional budget for these purposes.

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are responsible for the accuracy of the information (data) that served as the basis for the reimbursement, in accordance with budget legislation.

On reimbursement of part of the expenses for conformity assessment of products in foreign countries

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs registered in the Vitebsk region will be able to receive state support in the form of reimbursement of part of the expenses for conformity assessment of products in foreign countries in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations on reimbursement of part of the expenses for conformity assessment of products in foreign countries.

Reimbursement is provided to a legal entity or individual entrepreneur no more than twice within a calendar year.

Reimbursement will be carried out on an application basis (application form) within the funds planned in the regional budget for these purposes.

Legal entities and individual entrepreneurs are responsible for the accuracy of the information (data) that served as the basis for the reimbursement, in accordance with budget legislation.
