Postavy branch of Vitebskobltop provides the following services to the population, enterprises and organizations of the city and district:
- sawing and splitting firewood;
- loading firewood and peat briquettes;
- fuel delivery;
- sawing of unedged and edged lumber;
- weighing goods on truck scales;
- operation of MUP-351 with a brush.
For wood processing: sawing into chocks and splitting into logs, a firewood splitting machine, MTS-202 unit, and chainsaws are used.
For loading peat briquettes and firewood, as well as for providing services for cleaning territories with a brush, in 2014, a MUP-351 cleaning and loading machine based on the "Belarus-82.1" tractor was purchased.
The branch has a ZIL MMZ truck and two MAZ trucks for delivering fuel to the population and enterprises of the city and district.
The Postavy branch sells solid fuels to the population at fixed retail prices in accordance with the release norms established per household in a calendar year.

Citizens permanently residing in the Republic of Belarus and registered at their place of residencein a single-family residential building, an apartment in a blocked residential building, which have stove (water, steam) heating, individual heating equipment operating using solid fuels or solid fuels and gas (electric energy), and which are not connected to a centralized heat supply system from thermal power plants, group (quarter) and district boiler houses, have the right to purchase solid fuels at fixed retail prices established in accordance with the legislation.

Fuel delivery is carried out by the branch's transport, the cost of delivery is from 6.02 rubles per 1 kilometer of loaded travel.

PEAT-BASED FUEL BRIQUETTES
Fuel briquettes must comply with the following parameters:
The mass fraction of partially broken briquettes (pieces 25 mm or more in size) should not exceed 25%, i.e., for a release rate of 3.5 tons, this will amount to 878 kg.
The mass fraction of fines (pieces less than 25 mm in size) should not exceed 7%, i.e., for a release rate of 3.5 tons, this will amount to 245 kg.

Firewood dimensions are set as follows:
length - 0.25; 0.33; 0.50; 0.75; 1.00 m;
thickness - from 3 cm and more:
Wood defects are allowed in firewood, with rot allowed up to 65% of the log end face area. The quantity of firewood with rot from 30 to 65% of the end face area should not exceed 20% of the delivered batch of firewood. For a release rate of 4.9 cubic meters, this will amount to 0.98 cubic meters.
Firewood must be cleared of branches. Firewood can be with or without bark.
CLAIMS regarding fuel quality are accepted on the day of purchase.
