Vitebsk customs officers and the Vitebsk branch of RUE "Beltamozhservice" planted 3000 trees as part of the republican campaign "Forest! Good! Order!"
Through the joint efforts of the campaign participants, an area of 0.6 hectares was covered. Approximately 3000 oak and spruce seedlings were planted during the work. The choice of these tree species is not accidental: oak symbolizes strength and longevity, while spruce represents eternal life and the renewal of nature.
The participation of customs officers in this campaign has become a good tradition. Work in the forestry area not only contributes to strengthening team spirit but also makes an important contribution to preserving Belarus's natural wealth, ensuring environmental safety, and reforestation of the Vitebsk region.
"Our service is not only about protecting economic borders but also about caring for the future of our country," noted Sergey Linkevich, Head of Vitebsk Customs. "Every planted seedling is a contribution to preserving nature for future generations, to the environmental well-being of our native land."
