Memorial Bicycle Ride for the Young Rescuers from Pastavy

The agrotown of Kamai once again became the center of a significant event that brought together young rescuers, BRSM activists, and a commitment to safety. As part of the national campaign "Youth for Safety," a large-scale bicycle ride was organized, which was not only a sporting event but also an important act of remembrance and patriotism.

The participants of the bicycle ride headed to the resting places of the heroes who liberated the land from the Nazi invaders. This route was not chosen by chance. It symbolized the connection between generations, respect for the past, and responsibility for the future. Laying flowers at the memorials, the young participants honored the memory of those who gave their lives for our peaceful skies. A special moment of the event was the presentation of membership cards of the Belarusian Youth Public Organization of Rescuers and Firefighters to the most active and distinguished young rescuers.

After the bicycle ride, a lively discussion platform was set up at the Kamai secondary school. Here, young rescuers had a unique opportunity to ask pressing questions directly to the source and learned a lot about the Lyceum and the University of Civil Protection of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus. The children enthusiastically asked questions about both the daily activities of rescuers and the prospects of studying at specialized educational institutions.

This became a valuable source of information for the young people who may already be thinking about choosing a future profession related to ensuring the country's security.
