General management of the legal, organizational, technical, transport, and economic support services for the work of the District Executive Committee, its structural subdivisions, and the Postavy District Council of Deputies. Issues related to handling appeals from citizens and legal entities, carrying out administrative procedures, record keeping and control over document execution, lease relations, and the use of buildings under the operational management of the District Executive Committee.
Leadership of the Department of Affairs of the District Executive Committee.
Monitoring the implementation of the requirements of Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 2 of December 27, 2006, "On Debureaucratization of the State Apparatus and Improving the Quality of Life Support for the Population."
Structural subdivisions of the District Executive Committee:
- Civil Registry Office;
- Legal Department, for work with appeals from citizens and legal entities (regarding legal support for the activities of the District Executive Committee, handling appeals from citizens and legal entities, carrying out administrative procedures);
- Accounting and Reporting Group (regarding technical, transport, and economic support for the activities of the District Executive Committee);
- Chief Specialist (regarding secret record keeping).
Issues:
- improving the forms and methods of activity of the District Executive Committee, its structural subdivisions, regulations, record keeping;
- coordination of the work of the structural subdivisions of the District Executive Committee on internal labor regulations;
- organizational and economic support for delegations;
- organization of procurement for the needs of the District Executive Committee;
- improving the structure and staffing of the District Executive Committee, rural executive committees;
- maintenance and operation of buildings and engineering communications of the District Executive Committee;
- organization of work to ensure fire safety in the District Executive Committee;
- housing and living conditions;
- rehabilitation of employees of executive authorities;
- state institution "Postavy District Archive";
- notary office.
Leadership of commissions:
- administrative commission under the District Executive Committee.
