Transport services in Postavy and Postavy District are provided by the Postavy section of the "Motor Transport Enterprise No. 16" branch of JSC "Vitebskoblavtotrans". All centers of agricultural enterprises and rural councils are covered by bus services. Route taxis operated by individual entrepreneurs are also available.

The main activities of the enterprise are road transport of goods and passengers. As of January 1, 2019, the enterprise's balance sheet includes 95 units of rolling stock for transportation, including 24 trucks, 54 buses, 14 semi-trailers, 1 car trailer, and 2 special vehicles.

The passenger service of the Postavy section of the "ATP No. 16, Glubokoe" branch of ATP-17 serves the population on 3 city routes, 3 intercity routes, 15 suburban routes, and 1 international route.

The main purpose of the truck fleet is the transportation of sand-gravel mixtures and various materials used in road construction. The main customers for freight transportation are road repair and construction organizations, and road maintenance organizations. Freight transport is also used for the transportation of agricultural products.

In addition to revenue from freight and passenger transportation services, the enterprise generates income from non-core activities. The service station and the repair and mechanical section of the motor depot provide technical maintenance and repair of trucks, cars, buses, and minibuses, tire fitting, and balancing of all types and sizes of tires.

The diagnostic station carries out state technical inspection of rolling stock. The branch also provides services for the "Amkodor-352S" forklift. A sawmill operates, where both organizations and the public can purchase lumber at affordable prices for cash and non-cash payments.
