A thematic direct telephone line at the Vitebsk Customs will be held on May 14, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

 Andrey Grigoriev, First Deputy Head of the Vitebsk Customs, will answer questions from individuals and legal entities on the topic: "Procedure for temporary import of vehicles for personal use by EAEU citizens and foreign citizens. Terms of temporary import of personal vehicles and the procedure for its extension" during a thematic direct phone line.

Calls will be accepted from 11:00 to 12:00 by phone in Vitebsk at 8 (0212) 350201.

In accordance with the legislation on appeals from citizens and legal entities, when contacting the "direct phone line," we ask citizens to provide the following information: full name, place of residence and (or) work (study); for representatives of legal entities – full name, name of the legal entity they represent, and its legal address.
