In Vitebsk Oblast, it will take about three weeks to eliminate all the consequences of bad weather.

The General Director of RUE "Vitebskenergo" Andrey Panchenko told this before the meeting of Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee on the issue of responding to the negative consequences of emergency situations in winter.
