Belarusian healthcare professionals are expecting a third wave of the coronavirus infection this spring, Healthcare Minister Dmitry Pinevich told reporters prior to announcing postgraduate work assignment decisions at Vitebsk State Medical University, BelTA has learned.
An instrumental duo of students of Shumilino Children's Art School won the grand prix at the online competitions London Art and Dance and Talants of Berlin, BelTA learned from Nelli Zhavoronkova, a teacher at Shumilino Children's Art School.
Vitebsk is hosting the second edition of the open contest of national cultures, talent, and beauty Grace International that features contestants from nine countries who study at universities of Vitebsk and Minsk. During the first part of the final, the contestants treated the jury to national dishes of their countries. The beauty pageant will wrap up in the Vitebsk Concert Hall on 18 March.

On 16 March, volunteers cleaned up the memorial complex Shunevka in Dokshitsy District. The memorial complex commemorates 149 local residents who were killed by Nazis on 2 March 1943.
