Traffic police officers will check motorcyclists in Postavy District

From July 27 to 31, traffic police officers of the Vitebsk region are conducting inspections of streets and roads, as well as public recreation areas where motorcyclists most frequently travel.

In addition to overt, covert, and mixed control, traffic police patrols consisting of motorcycle units will be actively involved in these raid activities.

Remember, before getting behind the wheel of a motorcycle, you must ensure you have a driver's license of the appropriate category. Driving a motorcycle without the proper category entails an administrative penalty in the form of a fine ranging from 5 to 20 basic units. The same actions, committed repeatedly within a year after an administrative penalty for similar violations, entail a fine ranging from 20 to 50 basic units or administrative arrest.
