Collection of Proposals on Problematic Legislative Issues
About the Collection of Proposals
The National Center of Legislation and Legal Information is collecting proposals from citizens and organizations from July 20 to October 1 of this year on problematic legislative issues related to excessive regulation and conflicts in Government resolutions and departmental acts.

Where to Submit Proposals
Citizens and organizations can submit identified examples of departmental acts and Government resolutions that do not comply with the Constitution, laws, and Presidential decrees, duplicate legislative norms or contradict each other, are outdated, or contain excessive requirements, as well as their proposals on these issues, to:
- a special topic on the "Legal Forum of Belarus" website;
- the email address sbor@center.gov.by or by mail to the NCPI (220030, Minsk, Bersone St., 1a, with the note "Collection");
- NCPI divisions located in regional centers – regional centers of legal information in Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, and Mogilev regions.

All submitted proposals will be reviewed by the center's experts and discussed in specially created working groups.
Citizens and legal entities can familiarize themselves with the content of legislative acts, if necessary, on the National Legal Internet Portal, which is a source of official publication, in the state information and legal resources "ETALON" and "ETALON-ONLINE", as well as in public centers of legal information located in libraries across our country.
