Submission of Electronic Appeals
As of 02.01.2023, appeals are submitted only through the state unified system for recording and processing appeals (обращения.бел). Letters sent directly to email are not registered.
Statements of crimes, complaints in criminal cases are submitted in writing or orally (into the record) in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus.
An electronic appeal must contain:
- For citizens: Full name, address of residence, essence of the appeal, e-mail address.
- For legal entities: Full name, location, full name of the head, essence of the appeal, e-mail address.
- Information about previous consideration (if any) with copies of documents attached.
Failure to comply with the requirements may result in the appeal being left without substantive consideration. Responses are sent through the accounting system, unless the applicant requests a written response.
