A meeting of the Postavy District Executive Committee on the formation of precinct commissions for the referendum will be held on February 4, 2022 at 9:00 AM.
Venue: Postavy, Lenin Square, 25, small meeting hall of the District Executive Committee (room 75, 4th floor).
In accordance with Article 34 of the Electoral Code of the Republic of Belarus, representatives of political parties, other public associations, labor collectives, and citizens who have nominated their representatives to the precinct commissions for the referendum have the right to attend the meeting of the District Executive Committee.
Registration of minutes of meetings of governing bodies of regional and district organizational structures of political parties, other public associations, meetings of labor collectives or their structural subdivisions, applications signed by citizens on the nomination of representatives to the precinct commissions for the referendum is carried out by the reception office of the District Executive Committee (Postavy, Lenin Square, 25, fourth floor, room No. 80).
Documents are accepted until February 3, 2022, inclusive.
Document reception hours:
Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Lunch break from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Days off: Saturday-Sunday
On January 27, 2022, at 8:00 AM, a meeting of the Postavy District Executive Committee will be held on the formation of polling stations.

Notice of the organizational meeting of the Postavy District Commission for the Referendum
On January 26, 2022, at 10:00 AM, an organizational meeting of the Postavy District Commission for the Referendum will be held at: Lenin Square, 25, Postavy, small meeting hall of the Postavy District Executive Committee (3rd floor).
An open joint meeting of the Presidium of the Postavy District Council of Deputies and the Postavy District Executive Committee on the formation of the Postavy District Commission for the Referendum will be held on January 25, 2022, at 11:00 AM.
Venue: Postavy, Lenin Square, 25, small meeting hall of the District Executive Committee (room 75, 4th floor).

Documents for nominating representatives to the Postavy District Commission for the Referendum will be accepted at the building of the Postavy District Executive Committee (Postavy, Lenin Square, 25, fourth floor, room No. 80):
on weekdays, January 21, 2022, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM;
on Saturday, January 22, 2022, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
