Safety talk with labor collectives of Postavy

As part of the national campaign "For Safety Together!", employees of the Postavy District Department for Emergency Situations are holding discussions with work collectives on fire safety at home and in the workplace.

During the conversation with rescuers, people were able to discover many new things and understand that dangers can lurk in literally every room, regardless of age and social status. Also, using examples of recent fires, listeners were able to draw conclusions about the fire safety status of their homes. In support of the above examples, MES employees recommended checking the serviceability of autonomous fire detectors at home and considering the issue of preventing charging devices from being left unattended. The topic of smoking in bed was also not overlooked, as this cause accounts for 90% of fire fatalities.

At the end of the discussion, everyone interested asked questions, the answers to which could easily be found in the mobile application "MES of Belarus: Help Nearby".

As has long been the custom, the MES does not come to such events "empty-handed", and as a result, everyone received a preventive memo on fire safety compliance.
