School monitoring has been carried out

From 08.04.2026 to 17.04.2026, a monitoring of the State Educational Institution "Kamai Secondary School of Postavy District" (Director - Bedunko I.L.) was conducted.

During the monitoring, the following violations were identified:

lack of protection for "Exit" signs from mechanical damage, located at a height of less than 2.2 meters from the floor in the school building, paragraph 9 of the General requirements for ensuring fire safety for the maintenance and operation of capital structures (buildings, structures), isolated premises and other objects belonging to business entities, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 23.11.20217 No. 7 (hereinafter - requirements), paragraph 12.12.9 of SN 2.02.03-2019 "Fire automation of buildings and structures".

door locks located on escape routes (exits from the canteen to the street) are not provided with the possibility of free opening from the inside without a key, paragraph 48 of the requirements.

From 16.04.2026 to 30.04.2026, monitoring was conducted at the State Educational Institution "Postavy Gymnasium" (Director - Korenevsky S.Ch.).

During the monitoring, the following violations were identified:

absence of door closers on the 2nd and 3rd floors in the gymnasium building, paragraph 49 of requirements 017 No. 7, paragraph 7.2.9 of SN 2.02.05-2020 "Fire safety of buildings and structures";

the lock (latch) on the door located on the escape routes (from the stairwell) does not provide for its free opening from the inside without a key, paragraph 48 of the requirements.

The object is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system (FACP A16-512, SPI "Molniya" No.SIM 10896). The servicing organizations are UE "Vitebsk PPR" RGOO "BDPO". During the monitoring, compliance by the licensees of UE "Vitebsk PPR" RGOO "BDPO" with legislative requirements for fire safety activities in terms of technical maintenance of fire automation systems (hereinafter - FAS) at the object was studied, and the operability of FAS in standby mode, in fire (malfunction) mode on main and backup power sources was checked. During the study, the system was in working and good condition.

From 16.04.2026 to 30.04.2026, monitoring was conducted at the State Educational Institution "Secondary School No. 1
of Postavy" (Director - Kalitsky V.M.).

During the monitoring, the following violations were identified:

the general fire safety instruction does not comply with the requirements of Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations dated 21.12.2021 No. 82 (as amended by Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations dated 12.12.2025 No. 61), paragraph 7 of the requirements.
