The public discussion procedure in the form of informing individuals and legal entities and analyzing public opinion on the architectural and planning concept of the object "Construction of a 12-apartment residential building in ag. Khotily, Postavy District" was conducted by the Postavy District Executive Committee from 27.04.2026 to 11.05.2026.

The architectural and planning concept of the object "Construction of a 12-apartment residential building in ag. Khotily, Postavy District" (exposition) was available for review from 27.04.2026 to 11.05.2026 in ag. Khotily, Tsentralnaya St., 12. 

The composition of the exposition (exhibition) materials for the public discussion object included graphic and textual demonstration materials in a form accessible for perception and discussion, with key solutions and technical and economic indicators for the object.

During the public discussions, no comments and/or proposals were received from participants in written or electronic form.

Based on the foregoing, in accordance with paragraph 14 of the Regulations on the procedure for conducting public discussions in the field of architectural, urban planning, and construction activities, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated 01.06.2011 No. 687, the commission recommends the architectural and planning concept of the object "Construction of a 12-apartment residential building in ag. Khotily, Postavy District" for approval, and to work out options for the placement of the residential building at subsequent design stages, taking into account the technical and economic justification.
