Prevention of robberies at trade facilities

Analysis shows that the largest number of robberies occur in public places, recently these have been various retail outlets and shopping and entertainment centers.

Such crimes are most often committed by homeless individuals, as well as previously convicted persons.

You can protect yourself and your property from robbers if you pay attention to the following tips:

ü    it is not recommended to carry money and any valuables in a handbag; it is better to put them in an inner pocket of your clothing;

ü    when paying at the checkout, do not place your belongings on the floor or leave them unattended, allowing criminals to take possession of them;

ü    under no circumstances count your money in public; it is better to do it at home beforehand;

ü    never publicly display that you have a lot of money on you;

ü    be wary if a stranger asks you to exchange money; it might be a trick to find out the contents of your wallet;

ü    if you are robbed, try to remain calm and remember any distinguishing features of the attacker, call for help from a security guard at the retail establishment, and immediately contact the police.

Remember that by following these recommendations, you can prevent a crime, which is significantly easier than finding the perpetrators.
