21.02.2025
There are no prerequisites for de-escalation of the military and political situation in the world, Valery Revenko, Chief of the International Military Cooperation Department, Aide for International Military Cooperation to the Belarusian Defense Minister, said at a briefing on topical issues of military policy, construction and development of the Armed Forces of Belarus, BelTA learned.

The event brought together representatives of foreign military-diplomatic corps from 24 countries accredited at the Defense Ministry of Belarus.

“In the modern world, every state takes into account the ongoing global and regional processes in its military policy. For a long period of time, the military and political situation has been objectively characterized as complex and tense. Unfortunately, we see no prerequisites for de-escalation at the moment,” Valery Revenko said.
