Leadership of the activities of the district executive committee and its structural subdivisions.

Interaction with the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, republican state administration bodies, the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, the Vitebsk Regional Council of Deputies, the Postavy District Council of Deputies.

Issues of internal affairs, defense and state security, budget and finance, foreign relations, justice.

Department of Internal Affairs;
Financial Department;
Legal Department, Department for work with citizens' and legal entities' appeals (excluding issues of legal support for the activities of the district executive committee, work with citizens' and legal entities' appeals, administrative procedures, archives and record keeping);
Accounting and Reporting Group (excluding issues of technical, transport and economic support for the activities of the district executive committee);
Chief Specialist (excluding issues of secret record keeping).
