Rules at border crossing points

 

We remind you of the need to comply with the rules of conduct at border crossing points of the Republic of Belarus.

Thus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 21.07.2008 No. 419-Z "On the State Border of the Republic of Belarus" defines a list of prohibitions on certain actions at border crossing points of the Republic of Belarus, according to which it is prohibited at border crossing points:

- to take photos and videos

- to talk on mobile communication devices that hinder the implementation of border and other types of control;

- to leave money in documents submitted for verification;

- to commit actions aimed at inciting employees (officials) of state control bodies to violate the established procedure for implementing border and other types of control, including offering and (or) transferring any material values to them, offering and (or) providing benefits of a property nature;

- to enter the territory of a crossing point in violation of the established procedure;

- to be on the territory of a crossing point without documents required for entry into the Republic of Belarus and (or) exit from the Republic of Belarus;

- to be in the official premises of state control bodies and premises where document verification is carried out, without the permission of employees (officials) of state control bodies, as well as to cross the line of booths (modules) for document verification without the permission of border service officers, and at crossing points where control over the regime at crossing points is carried out by customs authorities, without the permission of customs officials;

- to bring (import) into the territory of a crossing point weapons, explosives, explosive devices or other objects posing a danger to the life or health of employees (officials) of state control bodies, other individuals, without the permission of border service officers, and at crossing points where control over the regime at crossing points is carried out by customs authorities, without the permission of customs officials;
