Fire in the urban settlement of Lyntupy

On May 9, 2022, at 10:26 AM, a report was received about a fire in the urban settlement of Lyntupy, Postavy district, which resulted in the death of the owner, born in 1936, a pensioner. As a result of the fire, the roof and ceiling were destroyed, and the wall and property were damaged. The cause of the fire is being investigated. The considered version of the cause of the fire is careless handling of fire by the owner.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds: the pre-furnace sheet, which should be at least 50 x 70 cm and located with its long side along the furnace door, must fit tightly against the heat-generating appliance.
