POSTAVY – FOR CLEAN WATER BODIES! How the “Blue-Eyed Belarus” campaign is held in Postavy.

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, as well as the State Inspectorate for Wildlife Protection under the President, have launched the republican campaign "Blue-Eyed Belarus". It will last until April 28.

What's happening in Postavy? Today, residents of Postavy cleaned up several sites at once: the Myadelka River — here, students of Postavy State College and employees of the Postavy District Inspectorate of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection joined the cleanup. The bank of the Myadelka River near the square for internationalist warriors — employees of BOOR (Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermen) cleaned up near the memorial site. Lake Chornoye — here, young workers and schoolchildren, members of the BRSM, worked.

What did they do? They collected garbage along the coastline, removed deadwood, and cleaned adjacent territories.

The main goal is not only to make it beautiful right now but also to set an example of careful attitude towards nature.
