Pastavy has officially become the Cultural Capital of Belarus 2026!

The event was attended by Minister of Culture Ruslan Chernetsky, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Executive Committee Vyacheslav Durnov, and Chairman of the Postavy District Executive Committee Sergey Chepik.

Today, a significant event took place in our city — the opening ceremony of the republican campaign. It was a true celebration of art that will be remembered for a long time!

More than 200 participants from creative groups of the Vitebsk region took to the stage of the district House of Culture. So many talents, genres, and vibrant performances in one place — it was powerful!

And this is just the beginning! A whole year of rich cultural life lies ahead. Postavy, we are proud!
