Postavy. Is your home safe?
As part of the second stage of the republican campaign "Safety in Every Home", rescuers continue to urge citizens to be more attentive to their homes.
An autonomous fire alarm is a reliable safety guard, but even it cannot help if the battery is not replaced in time.
Rescuers pay special attention to stove heating, as it, combined with human carelessness, often leads to tragic consequences. To prevent such incidents, rescuers urge to promptly eliminate violations: plaster cracks, repair firebox doors, prevent the stove from overheating, and, of course, install a pre-furnace sheet of appropriate size on a combustible floor.
Among the top causes of fire deaths is the unfortunate habit of smoking while intoxicated. As practice shows, cigarettes take away all available human resources: time, health, money, and to all of the above, life is added. And in return, no superpowers are given, only a little "fogginess" of consciousness. Is the price fair?
One should not underestimate leaving food on the stove. An interesting TV series in another room, a 5-minute run to the store, and now the story of "I'll make it, I won't forget" turns into a less carefree one, where fire uncontrollably damages kitchen utensils and furniture.
Electrical appliances have become an integral part of our daily lives. Not a day goes by that we can imagine spending without our all-knowing smartphone, microwave, electric kettle. However, this part of convenience also harbors danger. Resting at night, the average user puts their smartphone on charge, so that in the morning, with renewed vigor, they can scroll through the news feed with a cup of coffee. But morning may not come. Even after being fully charged, the charger does not stop functioning, which, in turn, in certain power grid malfunctions, can cause the death of its owner. This also includes dilapidated wiring that has lost its insulating properties.
After the rescuers' explanations, everyone listening questioned the safety of their homes. This means that upon returning home, residents will be able to calmly apply the acquired knowledge in practice and turn their home into a real "fortress of safety".
