The Smorgon Border Guard Group invites individuals for military service by contract in the border guard agencies of the Republic of Belarus

• pension provision upon reaching 48 years of age, provided there is sufficient length of service to qualify;
• preferential calculation of length of service: 1 month of service counts as 1.5 months (for military personnel serving at border posts, outposts);
• annual leave of 30 to 45 days, social leave of up to 10 days for family and other circumstances;
• payment of monetary compensation for using rented (sub-rented) housing;
• mandatory state insurance;
• stable monthly monetary allowance from 550 Belarusian rubles;
• annual lump-sum monetary allowance for health improvement equal to 2 salaries;
• financial assistance in case of family and other circumstances;
• free medical care for military personnel and their family members in healthcare institutions of the border guard agencies of the Republic of Belarus;
• provision of military and special uniforms;
• preferential lending for housing construction;
• opportunity for career advancement;
• right to study in educational institutions, undergo retraining, and improve qualifications.

• age up to 35 years for those entering military service by contract for the first time, up to 40 for those who previously served by contract and are in the reserve;
• possession of secondary, specialized secondary, vocational-technical, or higher education;
• fitness for service in the border guard agencies in terms of health, as well as moral and business qualities.

We also draw your attention to the fact that a citizen of the Republic of Belarus who has not previously served urgent military service and has reached the age of 18 can now enter military service under contract!

In this case, the term of the first contract is 2 years.
