List of Unoccupied Rental Housing Units Available to Citizens Subject to Renovation
The Postavy District Executive Committee provides information on the availability of unoccupied rental housing units that can be provided to citizens subject to renovation (for the purposes of this Decree, renovation means current repairs of residential premises, installation, replacement and repair of internal electrical, gas, sanitary and other equipment (excluding central heating systems, smoke protection systems and automatic fire alarms), individual water, heat and electricity meters, gas meters, internal electrical wiring that has failed during operation) at their own expense, with subsequent exemption of these citizens from payment for the use of such residential premises for the amount of incurred costs (within the framework of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated January 27, 2025, No. 38 "On Peculiarities of Providing and Using Rental Housing"):

Applications from citizens for the provision of rental housing in Postavy are accepted by the "One Window" service of the Postavy District Executive Committee at: Postavy, Lenin Square, bldg. 25, 1st floor until April 12, 2026 (inclusive).
Citizens must attach a passport or other identity document to the application for rental housing.
