An Open Talk on Equal Footing: Safety Hour for Vitebsk Schoolchildren

An interactive dialogue, not a lecture: Vitebsk law enforcement officers and OSVOD held a discussion with teenagers on safety issues. The meeting at the Vitebsk Region Media Center focused on the most pressing topics: safe conduct on the streets, cybercrime and drug-related offenses, and theft.
