Electronic document management speeds up the processing of applications, as there is no need for physical transfer of documents. In addition, the digitalization of administrative procedures allows citizens to submit applications at any convenient time and from any place where there is access to the global computer network Internet using digital devices (personal computer, laptop, tablet, mobile device).

Employers hiring foreign citizens, please note!

From January 1, 2026, notifications of the conclusion (extension, termination) of employment contracts with foreign workers are sent by the employer electronically through the single portal of electronic services of the nationwide automated information system free of charge (service code: 3.77.03)

The notification must be provided within three working days from the date of its conclusion (extension) or termination.

Failure to provide the notification within the established deadlines entails administrative liability under Article 24.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus.
