‼️According to OSVOD's operational data, 20 people drowned last week

In the past 24 hours alone, 6 people drowned, including 1 child. Most incidents occurred in the Minsk (4) and Mogilev (4) regions.

Operational reports include people of various ages, income levels, and attitudes towards life. Investigators and experts are establishing the exact causes of all tragedies. However, often even eyewitness accounts are enough to understand how events might have unfolded: alcohol consumption, a desire to show off excellent physical abilities, clumsiness. In general terms, it's a disregard for basic safety measures.

MCHS and OSVOD rescuers remind:

❗️swimming at unequipped beaches is dangerous!

❗️consuming alcohol, even in small doses, while relaxing is unacceptable!

❗️children must not be left unattended for a second!

❗️if someone is drowning, you must immediately call rescuers at 101 or 112!

Please, be sure to talk about safety with your relatives, friends, or acquaintances if they are going to relax near water.
