Ensuring the safety of minors: a set of preventive measures has started in Postavy District

 Strict Control Holidays — from March 18 to 29, a set of preventive measures is being carried out in Postavy region, aimed at preventing offenses and incidents among minors during the spring holidays.

During these days, police officers are working in an intensified mode. The focus is on the operational situation among teenagers and youth leisure activities. Special control is established over non-resident students living in dormitories.

The program of events includes:

Employment Monitoring: police officers monitor the work of interest groups in educational institutions to ensure that teenagers are engaged in useful leisure activities.

Preventive Meetings: lectures are held for minors on the consequences of drug use, responsibility for cybercrimes and administrative offenses.

Individual Approach: targeted preventive conversations are held with teenagers who are subject to individual preventive work.

The main goal of law enforcement officers is to make spring holidays as safe as possible and prevent minors from being involved in illegal activities.
