With the aim of preventing grave and especially grave crimes against the life and health of citizens committed in the sphere of family and domestic relations, drawing the attention of broad sections of the population to the problems of domestic violence, explaining to citizens the need to assist state bodies in minimizing the consequences of offenses committed on this basis, explaining and effectively applying the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2014 "On the Fundamentals of Crime Prevention Activities", the Department of Internal Affairs of the Postavy District Executive Committee is conducting a special comprehensive event "Everyday Life" in the territory of the Postavy district from August 25 to August 27, 2022. One of the tasks of this campaign is to involve broad sections of the population in providing assistance and support to state bodies in solving problems of domestic violence by applying individual crime prevention measures to individuals with antisocial behavior.

District (senior district) police inspectors of the Public Order Protection and Prevention Department of the Postavy District Department of Internal Affairs hold weekly receptions for citizens on issues within the competence of internal affairs bodies at public law enforcement points every Wednesday.

District (senior district) police inspectors serving rural areas – from 10:00 to 13:00, at the premises of rural executive committees.
