The purpose of creating this number is to simplify citizens' access to information about the process of administrative procedures.

Residents of both Postavy city and settlements of Postavy district, by calling 142 can request reference information:

- on the implementation of administrative procedures;

- on the operating hours of the Postavy District Executive Committee and its structural divisions.

By calling 142 you can find out the working hours and reception days of the head, deputies, heads of structural divisions of the Postavy District Executive Committee, operating hours, location and phone numbers of specialists who receive interested parties for administrative procedures.

In addition, by calling 142 you can clarify what documents are needed to resolve housing issues, issues related to construction permits, reconstruction and commissioning of residential buildings, guardianship and trusteeship issues, gasification of residential buildings, issues of preferential lending and subsidizing, indexation of "Housing" checks.
