Many areas will experience black ice, and roads will be icy. Car owners are advised to refrain from using personal vehicles. If you must drive, significantly reduce your speed, increase your following distance by 2-3 times, and avoid sudden maneuvers, braking, and lane changes. It is important to use winter tires, brake with the engine, operate pedals smoothly, and avoid parking in places where your vehicle could obstruct snow removal equipment. Pedestrians should wear reflective elements, look around, approach the edge of the roadway, and cross the road with extreme caution after all drivers have stopped. The State Automobile Inspectorate constantly monitors road conditions, coordinates the work of service organizations, and is ready to assist road users, promptly responding to any emergency situations.
