Do not leave children unattended!
On October 22, a tragedy occurred in the village of Borovka, Verkhnedvinsk district – a child born in 2007 died in a house fire. Investigative actions are currently underway, and the cause of the fire is being established.
Unfortunately, amidst the whirlwind of tasks and plans that parents face every day, it is very difficult not only to find time to explain safety rules to a child that can protect them from dangers, but also to generally keep an eye on children actively exploring the world around them. However, be that as it may, this is a vital necessity that can protect against irreparable tragedies. Statistics show that if children do get into emergencies, the primary cause is a lack of supervision from adults.
Dear parents, the main task is to prevent a possible tragedy, to be there and even one step ahead. Do not set a bad example for children: do not smoke in front of them. Keep matches in places inaccessible to children. Under no circumstances should faulty or homemade electrical appliances and gas equipment be kept in the house. Do not entrust children with stoking stoves. Remember, first and foremost, adults are responsible for the actions and behavior of children.
If you see children independently making a bonfire, playing with matches and lighters, or flammable liquids, do not pass by, do not remain indifferent, stop them!
Life has shown that where explanatory work is carried out among children, and parents demonstrate compliance with safety rules by personal example, the likelihood of an emergency is minimized.
