Head of the Internal Affairs Directorate Maksim Subota visited Postavy
Valery Misnikevich, a veteran of the Postavy District Department of Internal Affairs, retired police major, came to meet the head of the Vitebsk police.
Before retiring, Valery Vyacheslavovich served as a senior district police inspector. In 2017, a team of law enforcement officers from the Vitebsk region, which included Valery Misnikevich, won first place in the team competition at the XII Republican review-competition for the title of "Best District Police Inspector". Valery Vyacheslavovich dedicated more than 24 years to service in the internal affairs bodies. Now, together with colleagues, he is actively developing the veteran organization of Postavy region.
The veteran organization of the Postavy District Department of Internal Affairs is a friendly family that united like-minded people. Former police officers participate in the life of the department, and also deal with public issues that arise among citizens of the district. We work closely with the leadership of the Postavy police department, the district executive committee and various organizations," the veteran said.
Valery Misnikevich thanked Maxim Subbota for the support provided to their association.
The head of the regional police once again emphasized the importance of veteran organizations for the development of the department and expressed gratitude to the veteran organization of Postavy region, represented by Valery Vyacheslavovich, for their dedication to the cause and professionalism. Maxim Alexandrovich drew attention to the preservation of the best police traditions and the transfer of knowledge to the younger generation.
The meeting was also attended by the Chairman of the Postavy District Executive Committee Sergey Chepik.
Maxim Subbota thanked Sergey Vasilyevich for his direct participation and sponsorship in the repair of a detached administrative building, which houses the State Automobile Inspectorate and citizenship and migration units of the District Department of Internal Affairs.
During the inspection, Maxim Alexandrovich familiarized himself with the scope of work performed, checked the state of the material and technical base, monitored the working conditions of employees and gave a number of instructions.
Later, Maxim Subbota went to the Postavy District Department of Internal Affairs with an important mission. The police colonel thanked the staff for their service, presented departmental awards and regular special ranks.
