In the Postavy district, from 01.03.2021 to 17.03.2021, 2 fires were registered:

On 09.03.2021 at 16:11, a report was received about a fire in a non-residential building in the village of Noritsa, Volkovsky rural council, Postavy district. As a result of the fire, the roof, ceiling and property in the house were destroyed, and the walls were damaged. The cause of the fire is being established. The considered versions for the cause of the fire are arson or careless handling of fire by an unidentified person.

On 16.03.2021 at 19:27, a report was received about a fire in a house on Sadovaya Street in the village of Volokhi, Kamaysky rural council. As a result of the fire, the roof was partially destroyed over an area of 40 sq. meters, the ceiling, property, and walls were damaged. The cause of the fire is being established. The considered version for the cause of the fire is careless handling of fire while smoking by the homeowner.
