In the Postavy district, from 15.02.2021 to 21.02.2021, 2 fires were registered:

On 19.02.2021 at 14:55, a report was received about a fire in a dacha house on Tsentralnaya Street in Paraski village, Kamai rural council, Postavy district. As a result of the fire, the ceiling, 1 sq.m. of the roof, and a 2x3 room on the second floor of the house were damaged. The cause of the fire is being investigated. The considered versions for the cause of the fire are violations of the rules for the installation and assembly of stoves, heat-generating units, and devices.

On 20.02.2021 at 10:31, a report was received about a fire in a house on Novaya Street in Mulery village, Kamai rural council. Upon arrival at the scene at 10:56, 1 AC PASCH-1 of Postavy ROCHS (27 km) observed smoke in the house. The owner, born in 1950, is a pensioner. At the time of the fire, he was in the house. As it turned out from the circumstances of the inspection, the owner's son came to visit his father and saw dense smoke in the house, went inside and found his father, without signs of life. The fire was extinguished by him before the arrival of rescuers. As a result of the fire, the floor near the stove was damaged, and the walls were blackened.
