Loan for the development of agroecotourism

JSC "Belagroprombank" provides credit support for the development of agroecotourism to individuals in accordance with the requirements of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 02.06.2006 No. 372 "On measures for the development of agroecotourism in the Republic of Belarus", Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated 04.10.2022 No. 351 "On the development of agroecotourism".

  • Security— for loans up to and including 1250 basic units – pledge of a residential building or guarantee(s) of individual(s);
    — for loans exceeding 1250 basic units – pledge of a residential building and guarantee(s) of individual(s);
    — if the applicant reaches the age of 58 (fifty-eight) for women, 63 (sixty-three) for men on the date of submitting documents – pledge of a residential building and guarantee(s) of individual(s).
  • Grace period for principal repaymentnot more than 12 months during the loan term
  • Document processing timeNot more than 10 business days from the date the applicant submits the full package of documents (inclusive)
  • Loan disbursement periodNot more than 12 months from the date of concluding the loan agreement
  • Loan payment procedure— for interest – monthly based on the actual daily outstanding loan balance, starting from the month following the month of loan disbursement;
    — for principal – monthly in equal installments, starting from the month following the expiration of the loan disbursement period.
  • Loan disbursement procedurein non-cash form by opening a non-revolving credit line within 3 business days from the date the borrower submits documents

Project implementation with the credit support of JSC "Belagroprombank" is carried out in 3 stages:

Stage 1 – decision of the district executive committee at the location of the agro-estate on carrying out activities in the field of agroecotourism;
Stage 2 – positive conclusion of the working group of the district executive committee on the effectiveness of the agroecotourism entity's project for the development of the agroecotourism object;
Stage 3 – consideration by JSC "Belagroprombank" of the issue of providing a loan for the development of agroecotourism.

Documents to be submitted to JSC "Belagroprombank":

  • applicant's (guarantor's) identity document – passport of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus (ID-card) or residence permit in the Republic of Belarus;
  • documents confirming the applicant's (guarantor's) income.


Individual entrepreneurs provide copies and present originals of the following documents for review:

  • tax declaration, other income (revenue) document for the previous year, as well as actual working hours in the current year;
  • certificate of state registration;
  • special permit (license) (if available).


Additional documents:

  • decision of the district executive committee on carrying out activities in the field of agroecotourism;

certified in accordance with the legislation:

  • copy of the working group's conclusion;
  • copy of the agroecotourism entity's project for the development of the agroecotourism object;
  • conclusion and report on an independent appraisal conducted by the market valuation method (if a pledge acts as security for the fulfillment of obligations).

This loan is targeted and subject to verification of its intended use.
