Kozlovshchyna Village Council was formed on October 12, 1940. The administrative center of Kozlovshchyna Village Council is the village of Kozlovshchyna. The area of the village council is 13525.6812 hectares. Kozlovshchyna Village Council borders with Voropaevo, Dunilovichi village councils of Postavy district, as well as with Udelo village council of Glubokoe district and Stanislavsky, Radyukovsky village councils of Sharkovshchyna district.

The total population is 675 people, of which 366 are of working age, 257 are of retirement age, 52 are under working age (children).

There are 22 settlements on the territory of the village council. The largest settlements are the agro-town of Paris, the villages of Kozlovshchyna, Osinogorodok.
