Project Goal and Main Solutions

The goal of the project development is the construction of engineering networks (power lines, water supply, gas pipeline, street and road network), which will allow providing citizens with additional land plots for individual housing construction, as well as completing the development of Bogdanovich Street – Stroiteley Street – Mira Street.

Regulations for the Use of the Development Area

The current general plan of Postavy city establishes the following regulations for this territory:
Regulation A (types and subtypes of residential zones): development type Zh-2 (zone of individual residential development);
Regulation B (types of objects for placement in zones): individual residential houses, preschool institutions, general education schools, trade and consumer service facilities, sports facilities, green construction objects may be placed in priority order.
Regulation C (development parameters):
– ratio of development types: complex individual development more than 70%, public facilities up to 30%;
– built-up area and landscaping: built-up percentage – 15-50%; hard surface percentage – 10-25%; landscaping percentage – 30-50%.
