Dear citizens!

The Law Enforcement and Prevention Department of the Postavy District Department of Internal Affairs informs you about the implementation of "A Set of Additional Measures for the Prevention of Crimes Committed Using Information and Communication Technologies Against the Most Vulnerable Categories of Citizens" in the district in 2026.

The main goals of the campaign are:

– reducing the number of elderly citizens and minors recognized as victims of crimes committed using information and communication technologies;

- conducting preventive work aimed at explaining to elderly citizens, minors, and their parents ways to protect themselves from cybercrimes;

- conducting a broad information campaign to explain the mechanisms of involving elderly citizens and minors in crimes using information and communication technologies;

- ensuring the effective functioning of the crime prevention system.

Briefings and presentations will be held in the work collectives of organizations, and various types of information on legal education for citizens on forming personal and property safety skills will be placed in regional media, including through the global computer network Internet.
