on holding a tender for the execution of a state social order, financed by providing subsidies to non-governmental non-profit organizations for the provision of social services: social patronage "Symbiosis of Good"
The state customer, the Department of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Postavy District Executive Committee, Vitebsk region, Postavy, Lenin Square, 25 (contact person: Natalia Sedyukevich, 8 (02155) 3-13-95, postav.r-z@mintrud.by) announces a tender on February 13, 2026, among non-governmental non-profit organizations, duly registered and operating in the Republic of Belarus, for the execution of a state social order, financed by providing subsidies to non-governmental non-profit organizations for the provision of social services.
The tender procedure, participation registration, and winner determination are carried out in accordance with the Regulations on the procedure for holding a tender for the execution of a state social order, financed by providing subsidies to non-governmental non-profit organizations for the provision of social services and the implementation of social projects, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1219 of December 27, 2012.
The contract for the execution of a state social order, financed by providing subsidies to non-governmental non-profit organizations for the provision of social services: long-term care, must be signed in April 2026.
Competitive proposals are accepted in sealed envelopes on paper in accordance with the state customer's work schedule.
The deadline for submitting competitive proposals is 10:00 on April 7, 2026.
The opening of envelopes with competitive proposals will take place on April 7, 2026, at 15:00 at the address: Postavy, Lenin Square, 25, office 24.
