Temporary detention facility for detainees and those taken into custody

The temporary detention facility (hereinafter – TDF) of the Postavy District Department of Internal Affairs is located at: Postavy, Sovetskaya St., 43. Telephone communication with the TDF is carried out through the duty unit of the Postavy District Department of Internal Affairs by phone: 8-02155-43225.

Acceptance of parcels for persons held in the TDF is carried out by the duty officer of the Postavy District Department of Internal Affairs together with a TDF employee daily, from 09:00 to 18:00.

Persons held in custody in the TDF are granted visits with close relatives and family members, based on a written permission from the criminal prosecution authority.

An administratively arrested person is granted visits with a lawyer or another person entitled to provide legal assistance.

Visits are granted from 09:00 to 18:00.

Personal reception of close relatives of persons held in the TDF is carried out by the leadership of the District Department of Internal Affairs on reception days.
